*Sneak Preview* The new Friends of Charnock Site

The all new Friends of Charnock Recreation site is almost complete..... ...and it's looking great if we do say so ourselves. Featuring artwork drawn especially by a local child from Charnock school both across the website and also on the Twitter design, the site also boasts some of the following features:

• MODx CMS -To enable the owner of the site to keep it updated themselves quickly and easily.
• Google Calendars - Letting people see all the events and fundraisers the park will be holding
• Newsletter feature - Keeping fans in touch with the organisation
• Maps - To help people find the park
• A Totaliser - So that everyone can watch their hard work pay off as they reach the proposed target.

Here is a quick sneak preview of the site so far....

The events page.. this is easily updated by the owners of the site using their Google account, and allows visitors to easily see all the events and fundraisers the organisation will be holding.
